Imagine crafting your sound with a driven producer that reflects your passion. Together, let's explore the realms of creativity.
“Being a musician, you know how hard it is to break through the large amount of music released every day. My job is to ensure you can. I work with musicians who want to create records that launch their careers and survive the test of time. I've spent years studying the craft of music production and working in professional studios alongside Grammy nominated producers & talented artists. Navigating through this industry can be tough. Your ability to stand out, starts with a good record. ”
SELECTED WORKS
Skyler Deci has spent 12 years developing his craft. He is actively helping musicians across the west coast achieve the sound of their dreams. Mentored by industry legends such as Joe Marlett (Blink 182, Foo Fighters), Patrick Ryan Heaney (Award winning Engineer), Roy Silverstein (Owner of Rarefied Recording), and Richie Beretta (Beyonce, Major Lazer); this aspiring producer works within a network of professional commercial studios such as Big Fish Studios, Phaser Control, Rarefied Recording, Signature Sound, and Shattered Records.
For Skyler, it’s all about the client…
The philosophy carried into the studio is always one of curiosity, creativity, and innovation. Every decision starts and ends with the musicians vision in mind. Whether it’s pre-production, recording, or mixing; Skyler is here to help. His passion for audio knows no bounds. With special expertise in recording and mixing for various rock genres; Skyler is ready to do the work.
Another aspect of his character is a strong belief in community and working hard to ensure a better future for everyone. This is why he took it upon himself to lead a project to renovate an underfunded recording studio at San Diego State University (EMS), and founded an organization on campus that focused on education, activism, and community service.
Skyler is always willing to start a new musical adventure. His unparalleled drive to learn, collaborate, and help others leaves a lasting impact on those he works with. Whether it’s working on a new mix, producing an album, or a passion project of his own, Skyler carries the same level of commitment to everything; especially his valued clients.
